These Easter Bunny Print Cookies are a soft, sweet, crunchy treat kids of all ages love to eat and can quickly, easily, and cheaply be made the day of your Easter or spring celebration!

Ingredients
1 ½cupshredded coconutdivided into ½ cup portions
food coloring in desired colors
12Prepared Sugar Cookies
16ouncecontainer vanilla frosting
sprinkles in desired colors
12white candy melt wafers
36mini white chocolate chips
Instructions
To prepare the colored coconut: Place ½ cup coconut and desired food coloring in the food processor and alternate using the pulse and grind settings until the coconut is finely chopped and has reached desired color. Repeat to make 3 colors, set aside in small bowls.
Divide the frosting evenly among 12 cookies.
Dip each frosted cookie into the coconut batter and top with coordinating sprinkles to cover the white areas.
Place a candy wafer in the middle of the cookie and 3 chocolate chips for toes.
